The loose-fold flannel buffing wheel is made of soft flannel cloth. The wheel’s center is stitched 1 row or 2 rows. And the wheel is without washer.

The size of this kind of cotton flannel buffing wheel comes from 3″-16″, and the thickness is 20-60ply. The arbor hole can be as required.

The flannel buffing wheel can be installed on the polishing machine’s arbor shaft directly. And also can use on a bench grinder, drills and angle grinders which with a tapered spindle adapter. It is very easy to install and use.

The loose-fold cotton flannel buffing wheel is very soft. It is used for final stage high polishing of all metals. Great for polishing stainless steel, steel, iron, aluminum alloy, brass, copper, gold and silver.
