Loose Leaf Buffing Wheel

Loose leaf buff is an opened cotton layer polishing buff. This kind of buff with two structures. The first one is the buff just stitched 1 or 2 rows in the center of the buff. The second one is the buff with a washer. The washer can be a leather washer or plastic washer. These loose leaf buffs are very flexible and soft. Therefore, these kinds of buffs are normally used for final high polishing.

Loose leaf buff can be used on bench grinders, angle grinders, drills or automatic polishing machines and used for polishing stainless steel, steel, iron, aluminum, brass, copper, silver, plastic etc.

Loose leaf buff can be made of treated cotton cloth, muslin, bleached cotton cloth and soft flannel cloth. The treated cotton cloth is harder than others and is used for initial polishing. The other clothes are soft and used for final high polishing. The flannel cloth is the softest one.
The size of the loose leaf buff can be from 2” to 16”. The thickness can be from 20Ply to 100Ply. The arbor hole of the buff can be customized. Normally used arbor holes size: Pin-hole, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”,1”, 1-1/4”.

Treated cotton loose leaf buff + green buffing compound:
for initial polishing of hard metals, such as stainless steel, steel, iron etc.

Treated cotton loose leaf buff + brown tripoli buffing compound:
for initial polishing of soft metals, such as aluminum, brass, copper etc.

Muslin loose leaf buff + white buffing compound:
for final polishing of hard metals, such as stainless steel, steel, iron etc.

Muslin loose leaf buff + blue buffing compound:
for final polishing of soft metals, such as aluminum, brass, copper etc.

Muslin loose leaf buff + red rouge buffing compound:
for high polishing of precious metals

Flannel loose leaf buff + white buffing compound:
for high polishing of hard metals

Flannel loose leaf buff + blue buffing compound:
for high polishing of soft metals
