This loose cotton buffing wheel is made of fine-grade cotton cloth. The buffing wheel is loose-leaf type and stitched with 1 or 2 rows at the center. The center of the buffing wheels with shellac. It is very hard and can fix the buffing wheel stable on the tapered spindle adapter.
