Miniature buffing wheels are made of yellow cotton cloth or white cotton cloth. And stitched 1 row to 3 rows. Used on rotary tools to polish small workpieces. The yellow miniature buffing wheels are used for initial rough polishing. The white miniature buffing wheels are used for final polishing.
