Cylindrical Felt Bobs

The cylindrical felt bobs are made of 100% wool felt and mounted on a 3/32″, 1/8″ or 1/4″ steel shanks. We supply 4 kinds of hardness for your choice, soft, medium, hard and rock hard. The density is 0.40g/cm³ for soft. The density is 0.45g/cm³ for medium. The density is 0.50g/cm³ for hard. And for rock hard the density is 0.60g/cm³. The general purpose used is the medium one.

These felt bobs are ideal for using on die grinders, electric drills and Dremel rotary tools.

The maximum operating speed is 15000rpm.

The cylindrical felt bobs are used for polishing wooden, plastic, glass, acrylic, crystal, stainless steel, jewelry, jade, mould, medical instrument and dental instrument. Especially for polishing inner hole and tube. The small size felt bobs can polishing the hard to reach surfaces.

You can use the felt bobs directly. For best results and efficiency, you also can use the felt bobs with polishing compounds together. We recommend use the blue polishing compound for wooden, plastic and glass. The white polishing compound for stainless steel and other metal products. The red rouge polishing compound for jewelry and jade.
