The wave-shaped airway buffing wheels are mixed materials. Two layer cotton cloth and one layer sisal cloth stitched together make as one section. 4 section fold up the wave shape and mounted with steel center make as on wheel. The special wave structure made the buffing wheels with proper stiffness and flexibility to provide great conformability to the workpiece, corrugations along the circumference provide excellent ventilation through the center plate.

This wave-shaped sisal airway buffing wheel can be hard treated to enhance the cutting force. Balck hard, red medium and yellow soft. The yellow one is stiffer than the natural one.

These kinds of airway buffing wheels are great for first stage cutting and polishing of stainless steel, zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, copper and other hardware.

Used with grey polishing compound, black polishing compound and brown tripoli polishing compound.
