The rubber contact wheels are composed of aluminum center and natural rubber. First, we get a casting aluminum blank and do cnc machining on it. Second, we apply glue twice on the outer diameter surface of the aluminum center. And put the aluminum center and refined rubber into the vulcanization die. Then, start the vulcanization. Finally, check the quality and do dynamic balance for every rubber contact wheel.

The rubber contact wheel has more kinds of rubber hardness. We supply the following rubber hardness for your choice. Hardness from soft to hard 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85 and 95 Shore A. Different rubber hardness use with different sanding belt together to perform the different polishing operation.

Rubber hardness Shore A 35-45. Used with grit 320#, 400#, 600# and 1000# sanding belt together. Used for fine grinding and polishing of stainless steel, iron, aluminum alloy, brass and titanium alloy etc. Especially used for hand polishing of bathroom accessory.

Rubber hardness Shore A 55-65-75. Used with grit 80#, 120# and 180# sanding belt together. For metal satin or grinding. It with widely range of application. It can replace the bench grinder and angle grinder for grinding and polishing.

Rubber hardness Shore A 85-95. Used with grit 36#, 40#, 60# sanding belt together. The abrasive of sanding belt can be zirconium oxide, ceramic and diamond abrasive. Used for rough grinding metal workpiece.
