These airway buffing wheels are made of blue mill treated cotton cloth, and specially mounted to a steel ring center to create pleats in the cotton surface, and fixed together use cardboard center.

The pleats allow the buffing wheel to run cooler and in turn keep the surface being polished cooler.

Used for very heavy cutting and polishing for iron, steel, aluminum and stainless steel.

Recommend use with black polishing compound, brown tripoli polishing compound.
